Budget at the cost centre level

In Anago, you can budget at the cost centre level. Follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Ledgers view and open the Mapping tab.
2. In the Mapping column, tick the ledgers for which you want to create a budget at the cost centre level. The text ‘cost centre ’ will display in the Title mapping column. A pencil displays in the Cost centres column:
3. You can then select one or more cost units in the second view:
4. In the Other income and expenditure view, clicking on an input cell for the corresponding ledger opens a second view where you can enter the budget amount:

Turning off budgeting at the cost centre level

If you have budgeted at the cost centre level during the budget process, but do not want to use it in the following years, you can adjust this. The settings can be adjusted in the Ledgers view. The budgeted amounts per cost centre will be added up to one amount on cost centre 'Unspecified'. The remaining cost units will be emptied.
