You can increase the salary costs by specifying a percentage in the Percentage salary increase teachers or Percentage salarys increase support parameter in the Parameters view:
The percentage salary increase has an immediate effect on the salary component Salary (from hours worked)
This has an indirect effect on the salary components that are based on ‘Salary based on hours worked’.
