How does this work in the Anago Application?
Parameters
- The Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) is built in de calculation rules.
- The Occupational Maternity Pay (OMP) you can change in the settings-> parameters
In this tab the parameters, in the Anago row, for the starting weeks, ending weeks & percentage full pay can be managed. If you’d like to use other values, you must enter them in the Override row below it.
As of OMP is different for the function you have to fill this in. This necessary to calculate the SMP & OMP.
Once the parameters for OMP have been changed, the salary costs are calculated by ticking Calculate salary costs and saving the view. Saving the view calculates the salary model with the new parameters. No users other than the functional manager should be logged in to the system when calculations are running.
