On the screen Parameters - Funding, you can change the funding calculation by using an overide. The parameters are updated by Anago when they are published in the Government Gazette. You will always receive a notification.

NOTE: You should check the overrides after every system update and delete or change them if and as necessary. With the Anago/Override filter, you can only display the Anago parameters or the Override parameters.

Entering Parameters
In the override, you can enter an amount or a percentage. This override will always take precedence in the calculation. Please note that this must be entered separately for each education type. In addition, you have the option to increase the funding by a percentage, for example to account for an expected development.
After saving the changes, the system will use these funding parameters from the following day onwards. Adjustments using an override must always be entered in the column. All underlying columns will then be automatically populated with the data from the override.
Recalculate Updated Parameters
The calculations will be performed with these funding parameters the night after the changes were saved. Or After the funding parameters have been updated, recalculate the funding by selecting Calculate funding and saving the view.

It is recommended that no users other than the administrator are logged in while the calculation is running. The process may take some time, and changes will not be immediately visible to other users.

You must link these facts to a ledger. To do this, go to the view "Ledgers", Funding tab, and link the fact per education type to a ledger that is linked to the Funding module on the Operations tab.
