On this tab, you can change the funding calculation by using board-specific parameters. The parameters are updated by Anago when they are published in the Government Gazette. You will always receive a notification.
You can enter a board-specific amount or percentage in the override. This override is always leading. You must do this for every education type.

NOTE: You should check the overrides after every system update and delete or change them if and as necessary. With the Anago/Override filter, you can only display the Anago parameters or the Override parameters.

The calculations will be performed with these funding parameters the night after the changes were saved.
Changes that are based on an override must always be made in the financial year column, including changes to the funding by school year. All of the underlying columns are automatically populated with the values in the override.
Increase funding by a percentage
In addition to increasing the amount of all of the individual parameters, you can add a percentage increase to increase the basic funding per school/per pupil and the additional funding. All of the facts related to the basic/additional funding will be increased by that percentage. In addition to using a percentage to increase the basic funding, you can also enter an amount per pupil in the override.
You can add these increases in the following parameters (the parameter descriptions may differ per education type):

You must then link these facts to a ledger. To do this, go to the view "Ledgers", Funding tab, and link the fact per education type to a ledger that is linked to the Funding module on the Operations tab.

Copy parameters to overrides
To copy parameters to overrides, click the corresponding button.
The following view will appear:
Step 1: Choose whether to keep the existing overrides.
Step 2: Specify the year range from which to which you want to copy the parameters.
Step 3: Review the expectations:

The Anago parameters will be copied to the overrides only for the selected years.

If a parameter has already been extended into future years, this will continue after copying.

In all other cases, the copied override will not be extended into future years.
If you want to apply the changes, click the button Copy. The parameters will then be copied according to the settings you specified.
Clear overrides
If you want to clear the overrides (first), click the relevant option.
The following view will appear:
Click Continue to confirm. The overrides will then be cleared.
After the funding parameters have been updated, recalculate the funding by selecting Calculate funding and saving the view.

It is recommended that no users other than the administrator are logged in while the calculation is running. The process may take some time, and changes will not be immediately visible to other users.
