In addition to the way of assigning applications, groups and workspaces described in Add a user and Change a user, there is another way to assign items.

- Tick the box of the user to whom you want to assign an application/workspace.
- Click on the Actions button.
- The options below display. Click on the item you want to assign to a user.
- A pop-up displays with the items you can assign. Click on one or more of the items to assign them to a user.
