When you open Manage users, you will see a view that is similar to the image below.
The view displays a list of users. The components that display include the following basic functions:
1. Login credentials: Clicking here returns you to the application view.
2. Users: Manage users
3. Go to applications: Click on this button to go back to the application view.
4. Log out: Click on this button to log out.
5. Search field: Use this field to search the list. Entering a search query displays all users with consecutive matching characters in Email/Username, First Name or Last name.
6. Show rows: Determines the number of rows in the user list that are shown per page. You can choose 15, 30, 50 or 100 rows per page.
7. Arrows: The arrows enable you to move between pages. For quick navigation, you can enter a page number in the input field and click on the Go button.
8. Sort: Click on the column name to sort. Clicking once sorts the list in ascending order. Clicking again sorts the list in descending order.
9. Filter: Columns with a funnel can be filtered. Clicking on the funnel opens a pop-up view in which you can select one or more items. Only users who match the selected items will be displayed.
