1. Overview

In the Calculate scenario view you can calculate one or more scenarios.

This ensures that:

• calculations are brought up to date
• data is realigned after multiple users have been working simultaneously
• GAG pooling is also calculated

2. Purpose

The purpose of this view is to fully calculate scenarios, so that all data is current and consistent.

3. Key elements

Scenario selection

A list of available scenarios is displayed.

Calculate scenario

For each scenario you can indicate whether it should be calculated.

Shows a table with scenarios and a Calculate scenario column with a selection option.

4. Calculating a scenario

1. Go to Calculate scenario
2. Select the scenario you want to calculate
3. Tick the Calculate scenario checkbox
4. Save the view

Please note: The calculation only starts after saving.

Shows a selected scenario with the calculate checkbox ticked.

5. What happens during calculation?

• GAG pooling keys are updated
• GAG pooling is calculated
• Calculations are run again
• Discrepancies caused by simultaneous working are corrected

This ensures that the scenario results are up to date again.

6. Good to know

• Calculation only takes place after saving
• The process may take some time
• The more scenarios you select, the longer it will take

7. Requirements

• Access to the selected scenarios

8. Errors

Scenario not updated
→ The view was not saved. Save the view to start the calculation.

Outdated results
→ Select the scenario again and calculate.

Redistribution not updated
→ The scenario has not been calculated. Tick the Calculate scenario checkbox and save.

9. FAQ

When should I calculate a scenario?
When multiple users have been working simultaneously, when results do not appear to be current, or when the GAG pooling needs to be updated.
