If Anago is linked to the financial system, the actuals will be read in every night. By default, the data are displayed up to and including the last full previous month. The functional manager can display the data for the current month if necessary.
The view opens as follows:
Standard
This tab displays the monthly financial report per consolidation. By changing the Hierarchy level filter, you can also display the general ledger accounts. On this tab, you can filter by cost centre or cost unit.
The view is set up by the functional manager for all users, but can be personalised to specific users. The functional manager can set up the tab for all users in the Column settings.
The Standard (personal) tab is used to personalise the view to any user’s specific preferences.
You can define the following on both tabs:

- In the Status column, you can specify whether the Actuals, Budget, Forecast or Rolling forecast is displayed.
- In the Month/Cumulative/Year column, you can specify the level at which you want to display the status.
- In the Relative period column, you can specify whether you want to display the data by month, year or cumulative. Entering 0 displays the current month, cumulative up to and including the current month and the current year.
- In the Snapshot column, you can select a specific snapshot that will display before the row that you defined. This enables you, for example, to compare the current situation with a snapshot.
- In the columns with Difference, you can specify the rows between which you want to calculate a difference and whether the difference is a percentage or absolute difference.
- Tick a box in the Dividing line column to set a dividing line between the columns.
- Use the Titel column to add a title to a row. This is only necessary if a difference is set. In other cases, the personalised title is optional, but not necessary.

The functional manager can personalise the Per cost centre tab as needed in the Column settings. This works in the same way as described in the Standard section. Example:
