Please note: the budget is also frozen for the corresponding academic or calendar year. Suppose you approve the 2025 budget, then the 2025/2026 budget will also be frozen in the tabs Staff, Per salary component and Per employee tabs. Financially (general ledger accounts), the figures are not frozen. On the financial tab, you will therefore not see frozen figures on the first tab, but if you click on the amounts, the amounts for 2025/2026 will be frozen. As a result, there will be differences between the first and second screen for the budget status in the example for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Financials
This tab provides insight into the general ledger accounts associated with staff costs. The total amounts of these general ledger accounts are displayed for the current year and the next five years. Use the filters at the top of the view to select the desired cost centre, display the amounts by calendar or school year, and select a status.
Click on a cell to drill down into the amount. The information displayed is based on your selections in the Financials view. The view displays the employment contracts for the selected employee. As shown in the image above, an employment contract has a start/end date, a number of FTEs, an FTE DI value, a cost unit and a cost centre. If you use staff allocation, you can zoom in by clicking on the cell with the three dots and two dashes. The corresponding employee’s staff allocation will be displayed.
The naming convention for contracts that are created in Anago is C1, C2, C3, etc. This shows that the employment contracts were created in Anago. Employee code-employee contract combinations that were imported from administration systems have their own sequential employment contract number.
The specific data per employee are displayed in the Employee data view.

This tab provides insight into the employment contracts that will expire in the selected month and the months up to the end of the currently selected Year. The salary costs are calculated up to and
