This view displays the funding for the whole trust. You can see the ledger accounts to which the funding is posted as well as the number of pupils for all establishments and a calculation per funding fact. Changes made in the Funding view are immediately calculated and displayed when the Funding view is opened.
This view consists of a number of tabs, which are described below. In each of the views you can select the Establishment filter for a specific establisment.
Financials
Based on the selected options, the Financials tab will display the ledger accounts linked to the Funding module.
Clicking on a cell in the table opens a second view, which displays all of the facts that belong to the selected general ledger account. The last row in the table displays the annual totals for the ledger account.
Number of pupils
This tab displays the total number of pupils for all establisments per funding month side by side:
If the establisment contain subtotals, these subtotals and their establisments must be selected separately:
