Managing questions or comments

Anago enables you to view your submitted questions or comments. Information about submitting questions and comments can be found under Submit questions or comments.

You can see your questions and comments, as well as those submitted by other people in your organisation by going to the Anago help centre and clicking on Manage questions and comments

or by clicking on the link below:

Anago Customes Portal

The first time that you use the portal, you will have to create an account. This account is not the same as the Anago account that you use to log in to Anago. Follow the steps below to create a portal account.

1. Click on Log in the top right corner.
   
2. Click on Sign up at the bottom of the view.
3. Enter your email address and click on Send link.
4. Click on the link in the email. Enter your name and a secure password.

   Your question or comments may contain sensitive information that you wouldn’t want in the public domain. A strong password helps prevent that from happening!

5. You can now access the management section of the help centre.
6. Click on your user in the top right to view your own questions of all of your organisation’s questions.
