If you are logged in to the Anago environment, you will see the Submit questions or comments button in the top right corner.
Clicking on this button opens a form with pre-filled information, such as your user name, the name of the environment, the date and possibly the name of the view.
You can fill in the rest of the data and add files or screenshots. Click on Send to submit your request.

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your request. The email also contains a link that enables you to view the question in the help centre. Click here for more information about managing questions and comments in the help centre.
