New dashboards are created and existing dashboards changed in the Create flexible dashboards view. The flexible dashboards you are authorised to access can be found under Flexible dashboards.
A dashboard often consists of different indicators, graphics and possibly standards that can be added, changed and deleted independently of each other. Each view is explained below:
Add a graph
$stappen$
- Go to Create flexible dashboards and select the Graphics tab.
- Click on Add graphics at the bottom of the view.
- Enter the name of the graphic in the Description field.
- Select the layout for the graphic. If you are creating a graphic that displays facts, for example, you can select several facts that will display separately in the graphic.
- The graphic type depends on the layout you selected.
- You can now add facts to the graphic. If you selected the per-fact layout, you can add several facts. If you wish, you can enter a more meaningful title in the label field.
- Next, select a month or year. You can define a specific year or a relative period. If you selected the per-month layout for your graphic, you can select several months or years.
- Select the statuses you would like to display in the graphic. If you selected the per-status layout for your graphic, you can add several statuses. For the bar chart + line chart graphic type, you can specify the statuses you would like to display in a bar chart and the ones you would like to display in a line chart.
- If you selected the per-graphic layout, you can select the establishments you would like to display in the graphic. Here too, you can add a label to make the graphic easier to read.
- You can now add a standard to the graphic. This is done by adding an establishment or a parameter. You can create the parameter yourself in the Standards tab. You cannot use standards in the graphic type Pie chart.
- You can specify the number of decimals that should be displayed in the graphic.
- You can also specify if the values displayed should be scaled to enhance the graphic’s readability.
- When you have finished configuring your graphic, you can see what it will look like with the settings you selected.
- Click on Add if you are happy with the graphic. The graphic will now display in the main view where it can be changed or deleted.
