The flexible dashboards you are authorised to access are stored under Flexible dashboards. New dashboards are created and existing dashboards changed in the Create flexible dashboards view.
Flexible dashboards is an add-on module that can be purchased separately. If you are interested in flexible dashboards and would like to know more about this new functionality, please contact the helpdesk by email at helpdesk.edu@anago.io or by phone at +44 330 818 6690.
Main view
When you open a dashboard, you will see the filters at the top of the view, followed by the key performance indicators and finally the graphics. At the bottom of the view, you can add explanatory notes that are specific to a establishment and period.
The explanatory notes from the previous month are automatically copied to the next month when the actuals are released.
The budget summary dashboard below is provided by Anago as part of the package.
You can change the filters in the view. You can only choose the establishment and version for which you are authorised. Changing the filter changes the indicators and the graphics, and one or more indicators may need to be calculated. If this is the case, an indicator that needs to be calculated will display grey and the checkbox Recalculate style will display at the top of the view. Tick the box to recalculate the style:
Drill down
You can click on the indicators and graphics to display their details. The same values are displayed in the drill-down view, but in a table instead of a graphic. Underlying establishments are displayed for a top-level establishment.
Below is an example of what you would see if you clicked on the Revenue Income indicator.
Another drill-down view opens if you click on a low-level establishment. Based on the fact that is displayed in the indicator or graphic, the general ledger accounts, staff, funding facts or investments will display.
Below is an example of what you would see if you clicked on a low-level establishment.

Journal entries
For general ledger accounts, you can drill down into the actuals amounts. Journal entries that are imported are also displayed here if there is a connection with the financial source system.
