In Anago, you can manage user authorization through User Roles. When authorizing (new) users, you can choose either a default role or set authorizations per screen.
In the screen Settings – Authorisation, under the tab Authorization per User Role, you can view which screens are accessible for each role. The settings for these roles cannot be modified.
The predefined user roles set by Anago are:
End user (read only)
End user (write permissions)
HR
Management
Supervisory Board/Participation Council/Joint Participation Council
Creating a New User Role
In the Authorisation per user role tab, you can create board-specific roles by following these steps:
Go to the tab Authorisation per user role.

A second screen will open.
Enter the name of the new role and select the screens this role should have access to.
If you want to adjust screen access for a user who already has a user role assigned — for example, by adding or removing access to specific screens — you can do this under the Views per user tab. A warning message will appear when doing this:
