In this view, you can monitor the depletion of the investment budget/forecast based on purchase value. By default, the data are displayed up to and including the current month. If Anago is linked to the financial system, the investment actuals will be read in every night. If Anago is not linked to the financial system, templates of the investments and depreciations must be provided in order to monitor the depletion. Please contact the helpdesk.

- The monthly report opens:
- The filter Month can be used to select and analyse a different month.
- By default, the report opens with the investment category, which you can expand to the investment type level. Click on the down arrow at the end of the Investment type box to expand the list for all investment categories:
- The status can be changed from Budget to Forecast.
- If you have been working with Anago for a while, you can select a snapshot for comparison.
- By default, the depletion is displayed as an absolute and percentage difference. You can change this by clicking on Column settings. You can also select the columns you want to see in the main view:
- You can add comments in the Explanatory notes column. These comments are saved with the month you selected in the initial view. You can view the comments by clicking on the pencil at the top of the bar and selecting a different month.
- Clicking on an amount displays the investments in the financial system and/or Anago. You can also drill down in the Month column, the Cumulative column and the Year column.
- In the Cumulative and Year columns with the actuals, you can drill down to the investment level. This is where the investments for the whole year are displayed.
