This report displays with a list from which you can select one or more cost centres.
In this example, two cost centres and their total are displayed side by side.
The cost centres don’t have to belong to the same hierarchy. This makes it easy for you as controller or for a multi-academy trust director.

You must first authorise yourself and every other user who wants to use this report in order to access it. This is done by going to Settings -> Authorisation, clicking on the Group per user tab and ticking the box for the corresponding user(s) in the Reports - Flexible cost centres column:
