Introduction
As the manager, you can add new users, delete users or change a user’s role. This functionality is called Manage users and can only be accessed by functional managers.
Below are some of the functions you can use as the manager:

A few of the terms we use are explained below:
Privileges
Functional managers and our partners’ consultants will see user_admin. They can assign this role to a new functional manager. No other users are assigned privileges.
Applications
If applicable, all of your board’s applications are displayed here.
Workspace
The environment your applications belong to and for which you are authorised to manage users.
