At the end of the budgeting round, a document for approval and adoption of the multi-year budget is sent to the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board.
You now have the ability to create this document, as well as the annual accounts and monthly reports, in Anago in your board’s corporate identity. The items you need to provide are listed at the end of this section.
The system comes with a standard layout that you can modify for your board. You can change the layout at the central (foundation) level and decentral (cost centre) level.

- If necessary, select the desired year at the top of the view:
- You can now change the layout. All of the fields have a drop-down list from which you can select a number of options. For each field, you can choose the type of report you want to generate (standard, flexible or with text) by selecting the corresponding option in the Type column:
- If you select Standard report, you can choose from a number of standard tables in the Standard report column:
- If you select Flexible report, you can choose from a number of type I flexible reports in the Flexible report column: You can configure flexible reports to your liking.
- You can add a title that you would like to display above the table/text in the Title column.
- You will follow the same steps for the decentral level. First though, you have to change the Level filter to Decentral.
